Christmas Brunch Party: Mexican Turkey Ham Quesadillas

Hola! Como estas? Hahaha! Presenting our  *drum rolls*... Mexican Turkey Ham Quesadillas! Yay! It's Christmas today and obviously, it's a holiday for us. So, we decided to simply indulge in good food! mmMmm..

So here's how we make the Mexican Turkey Ham Quesadillas!
  • Prep Time 15 min
  • Servings 2

Ingredients
1 packet Mission Wraps Tortillas
4 slices Turkey Ham (Halal options are in Giant Hypermarket)
Mayonnaise (to your preference)
Lettuce
Capsicums, cubed
1 large red Onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Paprika
Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Kraft Cheese/Mozzarella Cheese

Method
- Heat your griddle pan, pour a tablespoon of oil.
- Lightly place your Turkey Ham slices on the pan.
- Sprinkle pepper, paprika, chilli flakes onto the ham
- Add a pinch of salt to your slices if you want.
- Toss your Turkey Ham slices after 2 minutes. Remove and rest on paper towel.
- Toss your capsicums, onions, salt, pepper on the same griddle pan. This will allow the flavours from the Turkey Ham to infuse into your mix.
- Remove from heat and rest on paper towel.
- Place the tortilla wraps on the griddle to heat em' up until they turn slightly crisp & place the cheese on top.
- Remove from heat. Cut the wraps into quarters. Assemble the ham, lettuce, capsicum & onion mix, onto the wrap.
- Serve Hot!

Enjoy!

  1. Wow, adorable Mexican food! I love such colorful foods. At local venue Houston TX I also hosted Mexican themed party recently. The party was just amazing. Food we got served was fantastic. They made traditional Mexican cuisines that everyone loved eating.
