- Put in the pasta and add 2 tablespoon of salt and olive oil

Hi all. The both of us have been so ill for the past few days so we had to take complete rest before getting back into action! Haha! We kinda missed this (alot, actually), so here it is! This Salted Caramel Cinnamon Hot Cocoa is soooo good. Anytime you're craving, you should totally go for it and give this a try.

Oh and by the way, if you're not a Salted Caramel fanatic like us, we cannot be friends. Hahaha, ok just kidding. The combination of sea salt & the sweetness from the hot blend is just.. mmMmm..

So here's how we make the Salted Caramel Cinnamon Hot Cocoa

  • Servings 2

Ingredients
3 tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
2 cups Fresh Milk
A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
4 tsp Sugar, to taste
Sea salt
Whipped Cream
Homemade Salted Caramel Sauce (you can buy em' in stores too)

Method
- Whisk together cocoa powder, and about 3 tablespoons of milk, cinnamon powder in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until cocoa and sugar gets dissolved first
- Whisk in the remaining milk and heat it over medium heat. Remember to whisk consistently.
- Blend the hot mixture in a blender (if you like it frothy of course)
- Drizzle the Salted Caramel Sauce at the bottom of your serving glass.
- Slowly, pour the Hot Chocolate into your glass.
- Top it with whipped cream and drizzle the Salted Caramel layer over it for the added flavour.
